The project “Strengthening Capacity of SCMU and Public Authorities to Co-operate Effectively with Civil Society” is implemented by the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) is aimed at strengthening effectiveness of SCMU` and public authorities' co-operation with civil society organizations (CSOs) and citizens.
In particular, the SPU plans to assist the SCMU with enhancing capacity of public officials for co-operation with civil society institutions in policy implementation. For that purpose, the SPU plans to conduct a training course for civil servants about civil participation mechanisms in public policy development and implementation, including with the help of dialogue tools (training course).
For that purpose, the SPU plans to deliver the training course in April, with 3 offline sessions (04 April, 18 April, 21 April 2025) organized in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a Hotel/Conference service company to provide logistical and technical support (conference services, equipment, catering, travel expenses compensation, etc.). The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services outlined in Terms of Reference for organizing 3 offline sessions (04 April, 18 April, 21 April 2025) in Kyiv, Ukraine.
