The ExB SPU project “Advancing the Quality of Justice by Empowering the Supreme Court’s Role in Delivering Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Justice” envisages to organise a high-profile international conference in co-operation with the Supreme Court.
The Event will provide a platform for about 80 Ukrainian and European judges of administrative jurisdiction to discuss current challenges for the national administrative judiciary in applying fundamental rights in the context of national and European law and enable exchange of experience and best practices with European supreme court judges, leadership and members of the Association of European Administrative Judges who will attend the Event. It will allow for a possibility for co-operative search for solutions and strengthening horizontal contacts between national judiciary as well as their European counterparts.
