The OSCE within its extra-budgetary Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) implements the project “Strengthening Democratic Control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – Phase 2”. One of the expected outcomes of the project is empowerment of the Office of the Military Ombudsperson to protect the rights of the military personnel and members of their families.
Established in 2025, the Office of the Military Ombudsperson (OMO) plays a key role in exercising democratic control over the armed forces in the area of prevention of military personnel rights abuses.
In this context, the OSCE is organizing a training entitled “Effective Communication and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods in the Protection of Military Personnel Rights.”
Based on the above, the OSCE requires Conference/Catering services and Event Support Services including logistical and technical support to organize three 2-day trainings for the OMO Staff on 16-21 March 2026 in the city of Kyiv.
