The ExB SPU project “Advancing the Quality of Justice by Empowering the Supreme Court’s Role in Delivering Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Justice”, supports dialogue between the judiciary and the Law Reform Commission to ensure sustainable policy-making in drafting the Criminal Code of Ukraine by organizing a meeting for members of the Working Group on the development of criminal law to be held on 23-24 April 2026 in Kyiv, Ukraine, jointly with project partner EUAM Ukraine.
In the frame of this activity, the Working Group will hold two public discussions with civil society organization on 23 April 2026 (Event 1) and a public discussion on the draft Criminal Code with criminal justice stakeholders (“JustTalk” discussion) on 24 April 2026 (Event 2).
Based on the above, the OSCE requires a Co-working Space, Catering Service, Event Support Services and Equipment including logistical and technical support to organize the event, which will take place on 23 and 24 April 2026 in Kyiv.
