The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) Project, “Strengthening Capacity of National Stakeholders to Combat Gender-Based Violence, including Domestic Violence in Ukraine" is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (MoIA) and the National Police of Ukraine, and its educational institutions. The Project is aimed at institutionalizing a systemic approach to GVB in the law enforcement agencies and enhancing the necessary collaboration among stakeholders involved in preventing and combating domestic violence.
Within the project’s activities, it is planned to conduct two-day training course for representatives of MoIA agencies to introduce and build capacity around the newly adopted regulations, as well as to strengthen institutional responses to cases of gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment.
Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a conference service company to provide logistical and technical support (Conference Facilities, Equipment, Accommodation, Catering Services and Event Support Services), for organizing two-day training to be held on 29-30 June 2026, in Kyiv.
