The ExB SPU project “Empowering Constitutional Justice: Strengthening the Constitutional Court of Ukraine’s Role in Advancing Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Rule of Law” (hereinafter – the "Project") within Activity 5.2: Launch Constitutional Law Contests and Internships for Students, envisages the organization of national constitutional law contest within the CCU and leading national law schools.
The contests will challenge participants to analyze, argue, and write about complex constitutional issues, with particular attention to themes related to gender equality, women’s rights, and inclusive constitutional adjudication, encouraging critical thinking and practical application of legal knowledge. Structured as competitive exercises, the contests will culminate in oral debates and written submissions evaluated by CCU judges, legal experts, and scholars, ensuring high standards of academic and practical rigor.
Proceeding from the aforesaid, the OSCE SPU has re-issued its Invitation to Submit a Quotation, to conference service companies to provide services for the organizing the event as required and described under LOT I.
