: Within the ExB OSCE SPU Project “SPU II - Strengthening Ukraine’s CTHB Response through Institutional Reform and Strategic Capacity Building”, it is planned to conduct scenario-based Hackathon on investigating CSAM-related crimes for officers of the National Police of Ukraine and prosecutors. The aim is to strengthen participants’ practical skills in detecting, analyzing, and documenting CSAM-related materials and online child sexual exploitation. Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires event management services (accommodation, catering, equipment, travel expenses compensation, Zoom technical support, event support services) for organizing the Hackathon on CSAM-related crimes on 26-30 October 2026 in the premises of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs in Lviv.
