The OSCE plans to conduct a half-day Governance Board Meeting on 17 November 2026 (Event 1) and full-day 4th National Conference on Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) on 18 November 2026 (Event 2) in Kyiv, Ukraine. The events will host representatives from relevant Ukrainian authorities, international partners, subject-matter experts, and the OSCE project team.
Based on the above, the OSCE requires logistical and technical support (conference facilities, equipment, catering, event support services) for the above-mentioned events.
