In frames of the ExB Project “SPU – Support to Environmental Rehabilitation with Focus on Building National Humanitarian Mine Action Capacities of Ukraine” it is planned to сonduct a 3-day workshop for the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine. The aim is to strengthen participants’ practical knowledge on how AI-enabled tools can support various aspects of mine action, including information management, data analysis, mapping, planning, risk assessment, and other operational processes. Strengthening the capacity of national mine action stakeholders in the practical application of such technologies is particularly relevant given the scale and complexity of the mine contamination challenge in Ukraine.
Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires event management services (Conference facilities, Hotel accommodation, Catering, Equipment, Event Support Services, ZOOM technical support, Transfer services) including logistical and technical support during the event, for the abovementioned Workshop.
