Summary of Requirements

Description of goods/services: Provision of consultancy services in Tashkent – Support in drafting agricultural legislation.

 Necessary Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in working on consultancy on agricultural topics

  • Existing portfolio of minimum 3 provided consultancy and/or surveys and training programmes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working with international organizations
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in agricultural sector of key personnel

Expected Output/Deliverable:

  • Overview report, background material and other documentation related to the analysis with recommendations provided to the Team Leader of the working group and to the PCUz in English or Russian
  • The results of the survey structured in the form that is to be discussed with the working group
  • Rendering support and advise the working group by personal contacts, e-mail and phone until 31 December 2011
