The OSCE Office in Yerevan would like to contract an institution for conducting a series of workshops/training for the staff of Yerevan City Council and Municipality in the following tentative areas:
Municipal management and planning;
Development and management of investment programmes: analysis, risk assessment, public/private partnership schemes;
Strategic town planning, action plan development and implementation, monitoring and assessment;
Administration of local services: water and waste management, transport, education (pre-school and primary) and health.
The exact duration, detailed curriculum and further technical modalities of the course shall be identified in co-operation with the Office in Yerevan on the basis of initial proposal by the Bidder.
