The OSCE invites Bids from eligible and qualified companies for the provision of cost-effective vehicle comprehensive and third party liability insurance, according to the requirements as defined in the Bidding Documents.
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive insurance against damage, destruction and loss of the OSCE vehicles as well as third party liability insurance against reasonable claims for third-party bodily injury, property damages and (pure) pecuniary loss. Insurance coverage shall be provided on a 24/7 basis.
The OSCE’s vehicle fleet consists of 577 vehicles with the total purchase value of 12,813,149 EUR (automobiles, minibuses, buses, cargo vans, trucks, ambulances, forklifts and armoured automobiles) distributed between the different OSCE field locations. All OSCE vehicles are registered either under OSCE registration plates or under diplomatic registration plates of the host country.
