Summary of Requirements

The selected entity will be assisting the Ministry of Interior and Albanian State Police to work in partnership for the next step, which consists of a training module dealing with Diversity issues on a Strategic level.  Those who will receive the training will currently hold the ranks First Leader and above. Of particular importance is the understanding of the cultural norms of the Roma and Sinti community; Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Gender Re-assignment and Transgender communities, by the service and the subsequent fostering of community relations with all minority groups.

The expert will provide the following:

• Perform a scoping visit to identify basic needs for designing the training.
• Prepare and deliver the Diversity Training on a Strategic Level based on the Albanian requirements
• Prepare a comprehensive report based on the findings through both needs assessment and training outcomes.are a Needs Assessment for the Ministry of Interior and Albanian State Police on  diversity issues.   
• Training will be provided in Tirana, Albania.

• Expected Contract Duration: One-off purchase of 7 working days.
