The services consist of the professional preparation of a 10-15-minutes documentary film to be distributed on DVD (200 copies) and for broadcast on the internet. The film will show the support provided by the HCNM to the process of the MLE reform and its current implementation in Georgia. This support includes concrete activities carried out across the entire education chain, from communities and schools to regional educational institutions and the Ministry of Education.
Qualifications of Bidder
Professional film company with at least 10 years experience with the production of visual media;
demonstrable experience in making (at least a number of) documentary films;
experience in filming education-related issues;
knowledge of Georgian society and culture an advantage.
