Development of Software, Integration, Deployment and Maintenance of the Election Commissioner Recruitment and Training System(ECRTS) in order to provide information and technology support to the training and selection of election commissioners. The supporting role of the ECRTS will be realized by provision of distance learning facilities for appointed and prospective election commissioners. The ECRTS builds on existing experience and enables sharing of knowledge and educational resources created by all of the existing training channels. This enables retention of knowledge delivered by the trainers and should make it possible to divert resources from delivering courses into accumulation and exchange of knowledge within the administration. The delivery an integrated solution based on the specified requirements is expected.
