OSCE Presence in Albania is seeking a supplier with expertise in preparing, organising and delivering five (5) 1st Line Management/Leadership Training Programmes with a Train the Trainer concept in Albania.
The course will be delivered to a minimum of 100 Albanian State Police managers who currently hold positions as shift/team leaders. Each course group will consist of 20 police officers who hold positions in all departments and areas within the Albanian State Police. Training location will be Tirana, Albania.
