The OSCE requires Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) leased line connectivity between the its premises at Wallnerstrasse, the Hofburg, and Mahlerstrasse in central Vienna, and is seeking a supplier for the provision of uninterrupted and unfiltered MAN services, including the provision of any necessary equipment such as routers and modems.
