The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) intends to contract security services for its premises in Warsaw centre.
The objective of this tender and the contract is to select a qualified Contractor, who shall provide cost effective and quality security services of unarmed security guard services on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days per week basis.
The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights premise is situated in centre of Warsaw. The ODIHR occupies 4430 m² across 3 floors with 5 distinct levels, with 131 rooms excluding kitchens, bathrooms and corridors.
The Bidder shall provide uniformed security guards, who will serve as the first point of contact for guests of the OSCE and ensure security of entire premises on a round-the-clock basis. The guards shall work in shifts not to exceed twelve (12) hours in a given day. The monthly hours quantity shall be as approximately 1,020 hours.
