The objective of this assignment is to assist the Government of Armenia in obtaining a permanent solution for the problem of the Nubarashen Persistent Organic Pollutants and Obsolete Pesticides burial site through investigations, risk assessment and feasibility studies of various technical alternatives. The site is located approximately 20 km from the centre of Yerevan.
