The OSCE Mission in Kosovo currently maintains a network with about 600 mobile subscriptions in its Headquarters and Regional Centres. The objective of this tender is to select a qualified Contractor who shall provide cost effective and quality mobile voice and data (GPRS) services and the optional supply of mobile communication hardware for contract duration of three years. The mobile voice and data services must cover Europe, USA and OSCE areas of operation.
