The objective of this tender is to select a qualified and financially solvent contractor who can provide cost effective quality telephone communications services to the OSCE. The Services shall include the provision of facilities allowing the OSCE to manage its local and international telephone calls, including fax communications from its premises in Vienna by the telecommunication networks provided by the Bidder.
