Summary of Requirements

The ICT Services & Support Section (hereinafter “ICT”) of the OSCE Secretariat located in Vienna, Austria is responsible for the end-user devices and is using Client Management Tools (CMT) to automate system administration and support functions.

The need has arisen to identify and select appropriate CMT solutions to cope with the planned Win 10 upgrade, achieve faster service delivery in respect to the end-user device management, efficiently use the ICT resources and enable real-time reporting.

In view of the above, the Invitation for Prequalification is published to identify and prequalify potential products and service providers. The detailed requirements as well as the prequalification procedure are available in the Invitation for Prequalification document published under the “Documents” section.

We are looking forward to hear from the interested and experienced companies that can provide the OSCE ICT with the Client Management Tools solution.

Please see below the Invitation for Prequalification Notice and related clarifications provided by the OSCE ICT.
