The OSCE is seeking a Large Account Reseller (LAR) to supply a list of Microsoft licenses and assist in the enrollment of the OSCE in either a Select Plus or Enterprise Agreement for required Microsoft licenses. The OSCE can accept offers from LARs both within the EU/EFTA and without. Selection of the LAR will be made on the basis of the most competitive offer for the required licenses over a three year contract term.
