The OSCE Mission to Serbia (the Mission) plans to implement the project ‘Assisting civil society to build capacities of youth to use online platforms to promote public safety’.
The project objective is to enhance safety culture among youth through free online platforms, such as YouTube, by raising their awareness on the importance of socially responsible engagement on internet regarding safety risks and threats. In this regard, the Mission invites interested civil society organizations (CSO) to apply to be its implementing partner and to demonstrate the capacity to select a group of young YouTubers; provide them with relevant training; sensitise them on gender equality; support them to develop and promote video content on safety risks.
The applicant CSO should demonstrate the experience in working with youth. They should also state if they have their own YouTube channel, which would be considered an asset.
The proposed project duration is four months: from 17 August till 16 December 2020.
