Summary of Requirements

The OSCE has a requirement of printing 20,000 bar code labels and 20,000 labels ‘Donated By’.

The OSCE bar code labels shall have the following technical characteristics:

• Format: length 2 cm x height 1.5 cm
• Colour: White
• OSCE logo in navy blue, bar code lines in black colour
• Label technical specifications: water-resistant and heat-resistant
• Gluing of labels has to strong enough to be applied on various materials, e.g. such as wood, plastic, metal and stone
• Bar code symbologies: linear (1D)
• Bar code: CODE 128 (laser reading format of the barcode language)

The OSCE labels ‘Donated by’ shall be executed according to the following:

• Format: length 5 cm x height 2.5 cm
• Colour: White
• OSCE logo in navy blue, text in black colour
• Label technical specifications: water-resistant and heat-resistant
• Gluing of labels has to strong enough to be applied on various materials, e.g. such as wood, plastic, metal and stone

The Supplier shall provide sample bar codes before final printing
