Summary of Requirements

In keeping with the HCNM's mandate, the goal is to assist community-developed solutions that are responsive to early warning and early action in order to promote local ownership of analyses. Expressions of interest from interested organizations are welcome to be added to a list for possible cooperation on a new program in Georgia, in the following areas:

• Monitoring and Analysis;
• National Minority and Multilingual Education;
• Access to Media and Information;

Participation of National Minorities in Public Life;
