The OSCE Presence in Albania is looking for a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) as implementing partner to conduct a survey for evaluating the current investment climate in Albania with a focus on foreign businesses currently operating in the country, as well as to provide recommendations on how to address some of the challenges identified.
