The OSCE Centre in Ashgabat is looking for a local public association (non-governmental organization) for engagement as an implementing partner to implement a Project on “Raising awareness about Domestic Violence and Assistance to Victims of Domestic Violence” in Turkmenistan. The Project is purported to ensure the functioning of a Support and Assistance Centre for Victims of Domestic Violence where victims will be provided with temporary accommodation, meals and basic assistance. Such a Centre will support the provision of hotline consultations on domestic violence and free legal and psychological consultations to victims of domestic violence. It is also planned to organize within the Project three seminars aimed at raising awareness about domestic violence among interested population, including among vulnerable groups.”
