Summary of Requirements

OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan is announcing a Public Call for Implementing Partners to be included to the Roster of pre-qualified Implementing Partners (IPs) to be further engaged in implementing projects aimed at enhancing dialogue and co-operation on security issues, promoting local self-governance and parliamentary development, as well as youth mainstreaming in Kazakhstan in line with the OSCE commitments and best practices.

Detailed information is provided in the attached Terms of Reference.

Interested organizations should submit their applications in a sealed envelope to the address below:

latest by 18.00 on 26 April 2021.

List of required documents:

  1. Applicants profile (narrative part with description of field of expertise, total years of experience etc).
  2. Copy of registration documents;
  3. Copy of the official Statute/Charter;
  4. A listing of all IP Board Members, key management personnel, and proposed project staff with CVs (its obligatory to provide CVs of project manager and project accountant);
  5. A list of previous projects, including the donor, implementation period, short description of project and respective monetary values;
  6. Copies of the most recent financial statements for the IP, copies of the most recent management accounts, if available, (documents, which confirm that the IP has sufficient financial capacity to meet its obligations);
  7. Any other documents that proves IPs experience and expertise (reference letters, licenses and etc)

Assessment of applicants will be done based on provided package of documents, qualified applicants will be invited for an interview.  As a result, successful candidates will be included to the Roster of Implementing Partners as per relevant thematic areas. Inclusion to the Roster does not automatically guarantee engagement to the implementation of any project.
