Summary of Requirements

OSCE Programme Office in Astana is updating the roster of pre-qualified Implementing Partners (IPs) to be further engaged in implementing projects.

Implementing Partners should be not-for-profit organizations and should operate in the Republic of Kazakhstan in conformance with national legislation.

OSCE Programme Office in Astana is especially interested in co-operation with Non-governmental organizations possessing the necessary expertise in the following thematic areas:

Human-rights awareness raising and human rights education
Cooperation with National Human Rights Institutions (e.g. the Ombudsman)
Promotion of the rule of law and justice system’s transparency and accountability

Expected Contact Duration: roster valid for three years
