Conducting sociological survey to assess the outreach and effectiveness of project-related activities related to local elections in Ukraine 2015. The survey shall be conducted in two blocs: interviewing Ukrainian voters and interviewing Ukrainian election commissioners. An analytical report shall be prepared based on survey results and provided both in Ukrainian and English languages.
