Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks quotations from qualified contractors for consultancy on updating the OSCE Handbook on Best Practices at Border Crossings. In 2012, the OSCE published the “Handbook on Best Practices at Border Crossings – A Trade and Transport Facilitation Perspective”. During the last ten years, there has been a considerable amount of changes in the political, economic, technological, and regulatory realms of trade facilitation. Building on our trade and transport connectivity mandate and based on feedback received from OSCE participating States on the importance of efficient cross-border trade and transport facilitation, in particular for landlocked countries, the OCEEA is now seeking a consulting company that will work together with the Economic Connectivity Officer in the OSCE Secretariat to assist in updating the existing handbook.
