Enhance the capacities of seaports, dry ports and logistic hubs in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Romania, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan to employ green port principles, reduce the environmental footprint of ports operations, foster energy security through the diversification of supplies, and promote regional connectivity and trade.
