LOT 1: Production of the analysis and report on the perception and impact of media content offered online before and during the State of Emergency/1st phase of COVID Pandemic in Serbia (26 February – 6 May 2020), by the representative number of Serbian media outlets, including national and regional/local ones.
LOT 2: Provision of a comprehensive software tool/licence for media content performance analysis for four media outlets in Serbia for a period of one year with a training on the use of data in creating editorial strategies.
