Summary of Requirements

The Information and Communications Technology Services (ICTS) of the OSCE Secretariat located in Vienna, Austria is planning to issue a tender for the provision of Web Conferencing Platform and related Services to be used across the OSCE.

At the moment, the OSCE is utilizing Microsoft Lync 2010 for the internal use only and Cisco WebEx technology primary for conducting external meetings. The aim of the planned tender is to identify a cost-effective solution that should increase end-user satisfaction and serve as a technical standard for the next 5-year period. According to the past statistics, the OSCE Secretariat has in average 340 WebEx sessions annually; the need of the OSCE Field Operations and Institutions & Structures to conduct online meetings might increase this number.

The OSCE Secretariat Procurement invites qualified and experienced Vendors to express their interest in participating in the planned open tender. You are welcome to provide us with the information about your technical solution, including hardware, software, pricing structure and availability of the professional consultancy service to assist the OSCE in migration, rollout, maintenance & support and related training. Kindly send your response by email at yury.golovkov@osce.org by 8 October 2017.
