OSCE TNTD and OCEEA require the services of a bidder with experience in open source intelligence (OSINT) and financial investigations to design and deliver online workshops to enhance the capacities of representatives of Financial Investigation Units (FIUs) from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia and provide successful training on the use of open source intelligence for financial investigations. The workshop should focus on internet investigation planning, conducting and handling of digital evidence.
