The OSCE Mission in Kosovo is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies for design and implementation of Behavioral Diagnostic Study services. The objective of this service contract is to provide the OSCE Mission in Kosovo team with technical advice and assistance in designing and implementing a behavioural diagnostic study on the implementation challenges of audit recommendations at the central and local levels.
