Summary of Requirements

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and the derived obstacles for organizing in-person training with a larger group of participants, the OSCE Mission to Skopje, in cooperation with the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors (AJPP), will support the development of distance learning tools with a purpose to be used for training of legal practitioners. More specifically, the Mission will support two e-learning courses, on topics agreed with the AJPP. The first course will be dealing with the topic of Internet Safety whilst the second will provide training on the topic of Gender equality.

Both courses will be uploaded to the existing eLearning Platform of the AJPP, on the website of the AJPP and represent addition to the already existing training resources for both current legal practitioners and for candidates for Judges and Public Prosecutors, some of which are also previously developed by the Mission.

One national expert will be engaged to develop the material for the online course on “Gender equality”, and a sole source Service provider will be engaged to develop the e-course for the “Internet safety” course.

The AJPP currently operates and manages an eLearning Platform powered by Moodle. Both staging and production versions of the AJPP eLearning courses will be deployed to these environments.
