The OSCE’s project “Promoting Good Governance and a Positive Business Climate in the OSCE Region through Digitalization and the Use of Open Data” supports anti-corruption and transparency efforts in selected OSCE countries by promoting open data and digital tools to enhance the accountability of governments, civil society, media, and the private sector. One of the project’s components is to further strengthen Ukraine’s digital capacity, the OSCE plans to engage a service provider to implement a programme targeting activists and private sector actors. The Open Data Digital Solutions programme will support two selected teams in developing digital tools—such as apps, chatbots, or websites—designed to address war-related challenges while enhancing transparency and resilience. The programme includes mentoring, technical support, outreach, team selection, and culminates in a public event where the final solutions will be presented, showcasing their impact and long-term value.
