OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine implements Project "Assisting Supreme Court and Higher Courts in Implementing Judicial Reform and War-related Justice" in partnership with Supreme Court of Ukraine (SC).
As part of these efforts, Project intends to develop ICT solution to automatic systematisation of data related to SC processing its caseload and provide migration of full dataset from existing system to ICT solution system, integrate it with existing SC’s systems as well as provide trainings on the use, administration and maintenance of ICT solution.
This ICT solution will allow SC staff to shorten duration of entering all necessary statistics related to every judicial case, minimize mistakes due to automation of the process, and better evaluate effectiveness of SC functioning.
