Summary of Requirements

The project consists of compiling and publishing a Good Practices Guide to raise awareness on key policy issues and to disseminate good practices on cyber security and how it relates to the protection of non-nuclear critical energy infrastructure (NNCEI) as gas, oil and electricity from terrorist attacks.

The proposed guide will identify key policy issues focusing on cyber related challenges and present selected good practices. It is expected to serve as a reference document which will contain key information for government policy makers, state authorities in charge of critical (energy) infrastructure protection, owners and operators of non-nuclear energy infrastructure, and other stakeholders in OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation.
