Summary of Requirements

The goal of this EOI is to engage an Implementing Partner (IP) to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment in the field of youth crime prevention in the form of a report presented at a multi-stakeholder platform engaging target institutional and civil society stakeholders.

the required Activities include:

  • Holding interviews with youth, relevant institutional and civil society actors on youth crime prevention.
  • Delivering a comprehensive needs-assessment report on youth crime prevention in Moldova.
  • Organizing and delivering an event to present the needs assessment report, its findings and recommendations to all target institutional and civil society stakeholders. 

Expected Contract Duration:  10 December 2022 – 30 April 2023
