OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan office as part of its activities requires provision of printed handouts materials.
Requirements to bidders:
• Confirmed minimum 3 years of experience in production of books;
• Availability of company portfolio demonstrating sound responsiveness to the Scope of Services (Annex A); list of clients;
• Samples of materials similar to the listed in Annex E marked “Samples for RFQ UZB_005_2021 Provision of printing services for the Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan office for 2021-22” should be delivered not later than March 31 2021 by 18-00 Tashkent time to the PCUz office (121 Zulfiyakhanum Street, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) with the aim to assess the quality of the printing materials;
• Sub-contracting is not allowed; the bidder should possess own capacities and equipment for the materials production.
• The Bidder should have a local printing office in order to ensure timely day-to-day operations.
