Conducting external evaluation of activities, implemented within the project “Consolidating the democratization process in the security sector in Serbia – Phase 3”. The implementation period of the third phase of the project is from January 2016 to December 2017. The main purpose of the project is strengthening the democratic character of civilian-military relations and contributing to a more efficient functioning of the armed forces within the framework of a comprehensive concept of security.
