OSCE SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide logistical and technical support (hotel accommodation, conference facilities, catering, event support services, travel expenses compensation, etc.). The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services for organizing fifth 3-day training to be held on 27-29 February in Kyiv.
