OSCE SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide logistical and technical support (catering, travel expenses compensation, etc.). The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services outlined below for organizing fourth 3-day training to be held on 23-25 January in Kyiv.
