In the framework of the ExB Project “Strengthening Democratic Control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces”, it is planned to conduct a 3-day meeting during the working visit of the Ukrainian delegation to DCAF – Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance on 19-21 February 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires Catering/Conference services and Event Support Services including logistical and technical support during the visit as well as simultaneous interpretation equipment.
The meeting will be a combination of presentations and discussions. All technical facilities shall be in place during all three days of the event in terms of simultaneous interpretation.
The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services outlined below for organising the Event.
