The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) has a requirement for the provision of Event Management Services, as per attached Annex A (Terms of Reference). The OSCE SPU is part of the OSCE Secretariat, Vienna, Austria with location in Kyiv, Ukraine. Interested companies are invited to submit a quotation.
