In frames of the ExB Project “SPU – Support to Environmental Rehabilitation with Focus on Building National Humanitarian Mine Action Capacities of Ukraine” it is planned to сconduct a 2-day event Environmental & Demining Round table in Mine Action on 27-28 March, 2025 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires Catering/Conference/Hotel services and Event Support Services including logistical and technical support during the event, simultaneous translation equipment for the abovementioned Round Table.
The event will host national partners from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Special Transport Service of Ukraine, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Mine Action State Operators, International operators in Mine action, including the representatives from other mine action authorities and OSCE SPU project team.
The Round Table will be conducted in Hybrid format and will be the combination of presentations and discussions. All technical facilities shall be in place to insure the Hybrid format (offline/online) during the whole day of the event in terms sound and picture.
