Following ODIHR’s recent transmission of the Opinion on the Rules of Professional Ethics for Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the Comparative Note on the Applicable Standards and Regulation of Recusals and Self-Recusals of Judges, the CCU has expressed strong interest in holding in-depth discussions on both documents. In particular, the Court welcomed ODIHR’s indication of readiness to present and discuss these Opinions with relevant stakeholders in Ukraine.
The OSCE SPU requires a hotel/event management company to provide conference facilities, accommodation, catering and event support services to organize this Event.
